Yashi RMS Privacy Policy

Overview

Yashi RMS is a restaurant management system for staff operations such as table service, billing, kitchen preparation, inventory, reporting, branch settings, and staff administration. This policy explains how Yashi Labs handles information in the Yashi RMS web and mobile apps.

Information We Process

• Account details such as staff name, email address, role, branch, and login state.
• Restaurant operating records such as tables, orders, invoices, payment method totals, kitchen tickets, shift activity, stock, suppliers, settings, and audit events.
• Password reset information such as the email address submitted for reset and the temporary reset token needed to complete the reset.
• Technical information such as API request identifiers, session identifiers, device type, browser or app version, timestamps, and error logs used to secure and operate the service.
• Support information you choose to send to us when asking for help with the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, run restaurant workflows, show operational reports, sync app data with the backend service, send password reset messages, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and meet legal or compliance obligations. Yashi RMS is not an advertising product and we do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Information may be visible to authorised restaurant administrators and staff according to their roles. We may also share information with service providers that help us host, secure, email, monitor, or support the service, and when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Retention and Deletion

We keep operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, support restaurant reporting, resolve disputes, maintain audit history, and satisfy legal or tax requirements. Security

We use HTTPS, role-based access controls, secure local session storage on mobile, and time-limited reset tokens. No system is perfectly secure, so please use strong passwords, keep device access protected, and contact us quickly if you believe an account has been misused.

Children

Yashi RMS is intended for business use by restaurants and their authorised staff. It is not directed to children.
